| PSGS Terms and
Conditions: 2012/2013:
Premium Seating Group Sales (PSGS)
is available to groups of ten or more for $10.00 per ticket to NEW Passion Play
performances. PSGS Seats are
limited and reservations are taken in the order they are received.
PSGS requests will be accepted from April 1, 2012 until all PSGS seats
are sold or until November 1, 2012, whichever occurs first. A down payment of $1.00 per seat reserved is due within 30 days from
submitting this form. If down payment is not received within
the 30 day grace period, NEW Passion Play has the right to refuse the
reservation. The down payment will be refunded in full if the
reservation is cancelled before November 1, 2012. Cancellations
after November 1, 2012 forfeit the down payment. If the final
count of the reservation is less than the original number reserved,
all down payment money will apply to the final payment. NEW
Passion Play reserves the right to limit the number of PSGS seats
per qualifying performance. Final payment for the remaining balance
is due by November 1, 2012. PSGS ticket sales are offered for
larger groups to secure 'premium' seats to select NEW Passion Play
performances well in advance of public ticket sales. Groups
taking advantage of PSGS tickets should be aware that NEW Passion
Play
reserves the right to sell unreserved PSGS seats during public ticket
sales at lower prices. Groups that do not take advantage of
PSGS ticket sales, and purchase tickets during the public ticket
sales are not guaranteed premium seats and may not be able to be
seated together. Once you receive your tickets, please inspect them to
ensure that they are for the correct date and time. If you discover a
problem, please contact the box office at 920-733-8840. Show tickets are not exchangeable or refundable once an
order is processed unless the performance for which you are holding a ticket
is cancelled. Northeast Wisconsin Passion Play has never cancelled a
performance. However, should a performance be cancelled, that information
will be available via local media such as WHBY radio (1150 am). You may
also check our website (www.newpassionplay.org)
for information regarding the status of performances. Should a performance be cancelled, the producer
reserves the right to provide complimentary tickets, vouchers or discount
coupons for future performances in lieu of a cash refund. Due to other events on the theatre schedule during the
busy holiday season, we are not able to postpone and re-schedule
performances because of inclement weather. If you anticipate travel difficulties due to a forecast
of inclement weather on your performance date, please contact the box
office at 920-733-8840 BEFORE the performance date. Our box office
volunteers will do their best to get you into an earlier performance. It is
very difficult to reschedule you for another performance after the
performance date printed on your tickets. Replacement tickets will be
offered as an even exchange regardless of any differences in ticket prices.
